With his 25 years of experience in agriculture and food industry Denis is one of the drivers of these industries in Croatia and the region.
By tying agricultural potentials and implementing managerial skills he has built leading companies in Croatia and the region in the segment of fresh and processed fruit and vegetables. He has established and implemented a new organizational culture, linking up all stakeholders in the business process for the sake of sustainable development and competitiveness.
Denis is owner, shareholder and supervisory board member at a number of business positions within the agriculture and food industry sector.
His vision of the need to connect the know-how and practical experience in the field of agriculture and food industry has resulted in founding the specialized consultancy firm SMARTER, with a view to improving that sector.
His entrepreneurial excellence is the result of tireless work and investing in himself. He has graduated from the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences in Osijek and holds a postgraduate degree in marketing from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek.

With her business experience gained in sales, marketing and organizing business processes in the fields of agriculture and food industry, Marina connects almost all the managerial processes. Due to the daily coordination of managerial processes she specializes in the transformation of companies.
She connects experts of various profiles and prepares, implements and controls projects on a daily basis, thus creating an integrated management system which is the added value necessary to improve operations and transform business processes.
She is continuously upgrading her knowledge with specific emphasis on business organization. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and continued her education in postgraduate studies in the area of marketing at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek.

Zvjezdana has many years of work experience in the private and public sectors related to agriculture and food industry.
She held leading positions in some of Croatia’s largest food industries. Her knowledge and experience were key in the process of aligning all procedures within the scope of common agricultural policies with EU standards at the point of Croatia accessing the European Union. As Assistant Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Croatia Zvjezdana was in charge of that process. Thereafter she founded her own firm focusing on advisory services.
Her professional abilities were recognized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank and numerous food and agriculture organizations she worked with on various projects as advisor for the sector.
Zvjezdana graduated from the Zagreb Faculty of Law, has continued her lifelong education with the International School of Management and completed the corporate governance training program for supervisory and management board members at the Zagreb Faculty of Economics.

Marko has a broad experience in both the private and public sector, from banking and consultancy to working with government institutions in charge of attracting investment, implementing investment projects and designing and implementing strategic action plans.
He has founded his own consulting firm and his knowledge and proficiency have been recognized in the society. Marko advised the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia for investments, the President of the Republic of Croatia and currently serves as Advisor to the President of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
Marko graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb and currently attends MBA studies at the same Faculty. He also attended the JICA economic development and sustainable growth education in Japan and participated in the US IVLP professional exchange program.
